Casey found a passion for healing and a love of massage therapy at the end of her first career in the US Military and is now a state licensed massage therapist, graduate, and proud alumni of Irene's Myomassology Institute class of 2014 as well as a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
Casey specializes in injury and chronic pain and performs a variety of advanced techniques learned through post-graduate education including: cupping, deep tissue, myofascial therapy, stretching, and muscle balancing. Past experience includes working with the NFL players alongside sports medicine, physical therapists, and chiropractors to keep the football players at their absolute best and recover faster when injured. Casey’s unique approach to massage and passion for healing is based around the philosophy that the road to recovery does not need to cause unnecessary pain and suffering.

Though Lauryn had never received a massage, something drew her to massage school at Everest Institute in 2012. By the end of that first class, she was hooked! The ability to affect change in someone's health and well being has become very rewarding for her. Lauryn's massage style is deep tissue with accents of acupressure and reflexology when needed, depending on the individual. She is also trained in hot stone, aromatherapy, and prenatal.
